Visitatori del sito

Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione, strumenti di analisi o pixel di tracciamento e non carica risorse da servizi di terze parti. Il fornitore di hosting registra dati tecnici, come indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, data e ora delle richieste, necessari per erogare le pagine e proteggerle da abusi. Eventuali cookie tecnici impostati dall'hosting servono solo a questo.

Membri del team

Per l'accesso allo strumento trattiamo nome e indirizzo email di lavoro. Se l'accesso avviene con un account Google, riceviamo nome, indirizzo email e immagine del profilo, usati solo per identificare la persona.

Contenuti inseriti e risultati

Descrizioni di prodotti e servizi, mercati, indirizzi di pagine web e parole chiave di partenza, oltre ai risultati generati e ai file esportati. Per usare lo strumento non servono dati personali e chiediamo al team di non inserirne.

Dati ricevuti da Google

KeywordSkout si collega alla Google Ads API tramite OAuth, con l'account Google di Leadcob SRL e l'autorizzazione https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. Usa questo accesso solo per i servizi di pianificazione delle keyword e riceve idee di keyword, volumi di ricerca medi mensili e storici, livello e indice di concorrenza, range di offerta per la parte superiore della pagina. Sono statistiche di ricerca aggregate, non informazioni su singole persone.

KeywordSkout non legge dati di campagne, annunci, rendimento, fatturazione o utenti di alcun account Google Ads, non crea né modifica campagne o account e non chiede accesso ad altri servizi Google come Gmail o Drive. Conserva soltanto il token OAuth necessario per effettuare le richieste.

Dati pubblici da YouTube

Per individuare i termini di ricerca emergenti, KeywordSkout interroga anche la YouTube Data API v3 di Google. L'accesso avviene con una chiave tecnica, senza collegarsi ad alcun account YouTube e senza accedere a dati privati. Lo strumento invia i termini di ricerca da analizzare e riceve informazioni pubbliche sui video: titolo, tag, data di pubblicazione, numero di visualizzazioni e commenti pubblici.

Da questi contenuti KeywordSkout estrae unicamente le parole e le espressioni ricorrenti utili alla ricerca keyword. Non conserva il testo dei commenti, né il nome, l'identificativo o il collegamento al profilo di chi li ha scritti, e non usa questi contenuti per altre finalità.

4. Perché li usiamo e su quale base

  • Generare, organizzare ed esportare ricerche di keyword per pianificare campagne Google Ads: legittimo interesse di Leadcob SRL a svolgere la propria attività e, per il personale, esecuzione del rapporto di lavoro o di collaborazione.
  • Proteggere il sito e lo strumento da accessi non autorizzati e abusi: legittimo interesse.
  • Rispettare obblighi di legge: adempimento di un obbligo legale.

Non vendiamo i dati, non li usiamo per profilazione o pubblicità e non li usiamo per addestrare modelli di intelligenza artificiale.

5. Con chi li condividiamo

  • Fornitori di modelli di intelligenza artificiale, che elaborano per nostro conto i contenuti inseriti e le liste di keyword, compresi i dati del Keyword Planner, per generare e organizzare i risultati: Anthropic (Claude API) e Google (Gemini API). Usiamo questi servizi con condizioni commerciali che escludono l'uso dei dati inviati per addestrare i modelli. Se aggiungiamo altri fornitori, aggiorniamo questo elenco.
  • Google, tramite la YouTube Data API v3, a cui inviamo i termini di ricerca necessari a consultare i dati pubblici dei video.
  • Fornitori di hosting e infrastruttura che ospitano il sito e lo strumento.
  • Autorità pubbliche, quando la legge lo richiede.

Non trasferiamo i dati ricevuti dalle API di Google ad altri soggetti, se non ai fornitori indicati sopra e solo nella misura necessaria a far funzionare lo strumento.

6. Norme di Google sui dati utente

L'uso delle informazioni ricevute dalle API di Google da parte di KeywordSkout, e il loro trasferimento ad altre applicazioni, rispettano le Norme sui dati utente dei servizi API di Google, compresi i requisiti di uso limitato (Limited Use).

7. Trasferimenti fuori dall'Unione europea

Alcuni fornitori possono trattare i dati negli Stati Uniti o in altri Paesi al di fuori dello Spazio economico europeo. In questi casi il trasferimento avviene sulla base del Data Privacy Framework UE-USA o delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione europea.

8. Per quanto tempo li conserviamo

  • Log tecnici: fino a 30 giorni.
  • Dati del Keyword Planner memorizzati temporaneamente per ridurre le richieste: fino a 30 giorni.
  • Ricerche salvate e file esportati: fino a 24 mesi, salvo cancellazione anticipata.
  • Account del team: finché la persona è autorizzata a usare lo strumento.
  • Token OAuth di Google: finché l'accesso non viene revocato; alla revoca li cancelliamo.

9. Sicurezza

Tutte le comunicazioni avvengono tramite HTTPS. Token OAuth e altre credenziali sono cifrati a riposo e l'accesso allo strumento è limitato al personale autorizzato.

10. Revocare l'accesso a Google

L'accesso di KeywordSkout all'account Google di Leadcob SRL può essere revocato in qualsiasi momento dalla pagina delle app collegate all'account Google. Dopo la revoca cancelliamo i token memorizzati. Per chiedere la cancellazione di altri dati scrivi a info@leadcob.com.

11. I tuoi diritti

In base al Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) puoi chiedere l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento e la portabilità, e puoi opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse. Scrivi a info@leadcob.com. Hai anche il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

This policy explains what data KeywordSkout, Leadcob SRL's internal keyword research tool, processes and how it uses, stores and shares that data, including data received through Google APIs. It covers this website and the tool.

2. Who uses KeywordSkout

KeywordSkout is restricted to authorised Leadcob SRL staff. It is not offered to the public and has no public sign-up.

3. What data we process

Website visitors

This website doesn't use profiling cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels, and it doesn't load resources from third-party services. The hosting provider records technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of requests, which is needed to serve the pages and protect them from abuse. Any technical cookies set by the hosting provider serve only this purpose.

Team members

To give access to the tool we process name and work email address. If sign-in uses a Google account, we receive name, email address and profile picture, used only to identify the person.

Inputs and results

Descriptions of products and services, markets, web page addresses and seed keywords, plus the generated results and exported files. No personal data is needed to use the tool, and we ask the team not to enter any.

Data received from Google

KeywordSkout connects to the Google Ads API via OAuth, using Leadcob SRL's own Google account and the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope. It uses this access only for keyword planning services and receives keyword ideas, average monthly and historical search volumes, competition level and index, and top-of-page bid ranges. These are aggregated search statistics, not information about individual people.

KeywordSkout doesn't read campaign, ad, performance, billing or user data from any Google Ads account, doesn't create or change campaigns or accounts, and doesn't request access to other Google services such as Gmail or Drive. It stores only the OAuth token needed to make requests.

Public data from YouTube

To spot emerging search terms, KeywordSkout also queries Google's YouTube Data API v3. Access uses a technical key, without signing in to any YouTube account and without reaching any private data. The tool sends the search terms to analyse and receives public information about videos: title, tags, publication date, view count and public comments.

From this content KeywordSkout extracts only the recurring words and expressions that are useful for keyword research. It doesn't store the text of the comments, nor the name, identifier or profile link of the people who wrote them, and doesn't use this content for any other purpose.

4. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • Generating, organising and exporting keyword research to plan Google Ads campaigns: Leadcob SRL's legitimate interest in carrying out its business and, for staff, performance of the employment or collaboration relationship.
  • Protecting the website and the tool from unauthorised access and abuse: legitimate interest.
  • Complying with the law: legal obligation.

We don't sell data, we don't use it for profiling or advertising, and we don't use it to train artificial intelligence models.

5. Who we share it with

  • AI model providers, which process inputs and keyword lists on our behalf, including Keyword Planner data, to generate and organise results: Anthropic (Claude API) and Google (Gemini API). We use these services under commercial terms that exclude using submitted data to train models. If we add other providers, we update this list.
  • Google, through the YouTube Data API v3, to which we send the search terms needed to consult public video data.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that host the website and the tool.
  • Public authorities, when required by law.

We don't transfer data received from Google APIs to anyone else, except the providers listed above and only to the extent needed to run the tool.

6. Google user data policy

KeywordSkout's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers may process data in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. How long we keep it

  • Technical logs: up to 30 days.
  • Keyword Planner data cached to reduce requests: up to 30 days.
  • Saved research and exported files: up to 24 months, unless deleted sooner.
  • Team accounts: for as long as the person is authorised to use the tool.
  • Google OAuth tokens: until access is revoked; we delete them on revocation.

9. Security

All communication uses HTTPS. OAuth tokens and other credentials are encrypted at rest, and access to the tool is restricted to authorised staff.

10. Revoking Google access

KeywordSkout's access to Leadcob SRL's Google account can be revoked at any time from the Google Account third-party connections page. After revocation we delete the stored tokens. To request deletion of any other data, write to info@leadcob.com.

11. Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@leadcob.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
